Neo Bryce
Neo Bryce is a filmmaker from Panabo City, Mindanao. He started making films in high school. He was a fellow in the 2019 Ngilngig Film Camp and Filmmakers’ Development Program. His work centers on mental health, the weight of everyday life, and the difficulty of navigating being alive. He wants his films to start conversations, not just tell stories. In 2019, a film he co-directed, Ano’ng Nangyari Kay Andrew Magsilang?, won the Jury Prize at the Ngilngig Asian Fantastic Film Festival. It was made in 24 hours for that year’s Guerrilla Filmathon.
