Maurice Byrne
Maurice was born in Dublin but spent his formative years in Northern Ireland in the town of Dungannon, before moving with his family to live in Dublin when he was ten. Having received his secondary education from the Jesuits at Gonzaga College, Dublin, and after a year learning French at the University of Grenoble, Maurice enrolled at University College Dublin to study law. This led to his qualification as a solicitor and, inevitably, a career as a lawyer.
