The gangster wants to negotiate with Sukharev, but for Alexey, his work is a matter of honor, not profit. The intractable policeman ends up behind bars, accused of a murder he didn't commit. His wife and son remain free, and they will wait for him no matter what. But the gangsters want to deprive Sukharev not only of his freedom, but also of the most important thing in life - a family.
